How ordering works
When you checkout you basket, your order is sent to Buy & Pay for approval. Once approved, it is automatically transferred to our warehouse system for picking and packing. This ensures an efficient and seamless order flow.
Delivery times
Each product page shows the expected delivery time. Stock items: typically 3–5 working days, On‑demand items: slightly longer, depending on production time. You can always see the delivery estimate on each product.

Why didn’t I receive my full order?
If your order contains both stock- and on‑demand products, they will be delivered separately.
- Stock items are shipped directly from the warehouse.
- On‑demand products are produced and shipped once they have been produced.

What is the delivery time?
Stock items:
- Orders placed before 11:00 are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 11:00 are dispatched the next working day.
On‑demand products:
- Delivery time is up to 20 working days, due to production.
Delivery time also depends on your location - you can find estimated delivery on each product.

Can I return products?
If you need to return an item, please contact us within one week of receiving your delivery.
Returns are approved based on the reason for return.
On‑demand products cannot be returned, as they are produced specifically for your order. -
How do I submit a claim?
If you received a damaged item or wish to file a claim:
Email us with:- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Photos documenting the problem
This helps us process your claim as quickly as possible.
